Possible fire hazard when used with oxygen administering

equipment other than nasal mask or ½ bed tent type. Oxygen

tent should not extend below mattress support level.
Electrical shock hazard. DO NOT remove cover. Refer to

qualified service personnel.

WARNING

Grounding reliability depends on properly grounded receptacle

(3-prong).

CHANGE FILTER EVERY 1500 HOURS
