SECTION 5—MAINTENANCE

Invacare Mobile Recliners

NOTE:

For

this

procedure,

refer

FIGURE 5.2.

Removing

1. Remove

the

pan

head

mounting

screw

that

secures

the

recline

cable

the

existing

back

cushion.

2. Remove

the

four

long

hex

head

screws

that

secure

the

back

cushion

the

back

frame.

3. Remove

the

four

short

hex

head

screws

from

each

the

two

headrest

brackets.

NOTE:

Reinstall

the

pan

head

mounting

screw

the

new

back

cushion

assembly

approximately

the

same

location

the

old

back

assembly.

Installing

1. Align

new

back

cushion

with

seat

and

frame.

2. Install

four

long

hex

screws

secure

the

back

cushion

the

back

frame

shown

FIGURE

Securely

tighten.

3. Secure

the

headrest

bracket

the

back

cushion

with

four

short

hex

screws.

Securely

tighten.
