Chapter 7.

Miscellaneous Menu

7.1.

Description

The Miscellaneous menu is displayed by selecting Miscellaneous at the Retail Manager main

menu.

7.2.

Miscellaneous Menu Buttons

Button

Description

Screen Test

Enables the floor personnel to test the screen of the terminal.

Shutdown
Terminal

Enables the floor personnel to shut down the terminal.

Reboot Terminal

Allows the floor personnel to reboot the terminal.

Trigger Alarms

Allows retailer to inform the central system that a peripheral is
malfunctioning.

Exit QuicKeno
Games

This is used if a QUICKENO game is frozen/not displaying. After
pressing this button and turning the key back to play mode, it
will return to the Main Online Ticket screen. It will also have a
confirmation screen.

7.3.

Reboot Terminal

The following message appears on the display:

Select Yes to process or No to cancel the action.
