System Startup and Shutdown

Startup Procedure

Before starting up the system, be sure that all power and communication connections are made.

1. Be sure the System’s Main Breaker (CB1, located on the Chiller front) is in an On posi-

tion.

1. Press the Controller On button.

2. The green power LED (located on the Chiller front) illuminates.

3. The system begins the initialization process which includes an air purge countdown (60

seconds) and compressor delay countdown (60 seconds).

4. After the two countdowns, the

5. The system is now ready to use.

Shutdown
Procedure

There are three methods for shutting down the

System

• The controller front panel On/Off button may be pressed at any time to power down the

THERMOSTREAM

• The system may be shut off using the “Off” program button in the

Top Menu

Screen

and

Setup Options

Screen

• The red, EMO button may be pressed at any time to shut down the system.
