There Are A Number Of Safety Labels Used On Intertape Case Sealers.
The illustrated label, as shown, is attached
to the Knife Guard inside the upper and
lower ETX Tape Head. The label warns
operators and service personnelof the very
sharp knife used tocut the tape at the end of
the tape application.
The ETX Tape Heads are equipped with a
Knife guard that covers the blade. The Tape
Heads should never be operated with the
blade guards removed.
Turn air and electrical supplies off before
servicing the tape heads.
The label shown is affixed on the in-feed and
exit ends of the machine belt drives. The label
warns the operators and service personnel of
the pinch points at each end of the belt drives.
