Intergraph software delivery media is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Intergraph software products, when properly installed, are
warranted to execute their programming instructions in substantial conformity with the user manual supplied therewith. Intergraph hardware products are
warranted to operate in substantial conformity with Intergraph’s published specifications at the time of delivery. Intergraph hardware products are warranted
against defects in materials and workmanship.

URATION
This limited warranty applies only to Intergraph products shipped after January 1, 1999. This warranty is restricted to products purchased by domestic U. S. end
users from Intergraph Corporation, or Intergraph-authorized resellers. Products purchased in the U.S. and shipped internationally are eligible to receive this
warranty. The warranty periods begin on the date of shipment from Intergraph, or Intergraph-authorized reseller, and are limited to the durations listed below. If a
product is repaired or replaced under this warranty, it is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty is not assignable or
transferable. Intergraph does not warrant that the operation of software shall be uninterrupted or error free.

* Warranty is in accordance with the terms of Intergraph’s “Software License Agreement” which may be separately executed or included with the software
product.
** Internal options installed into, and InterRAID expansion options installed with these hardware products during warranty are covered under the remaining
warranty for the base unit. If the base unit warranty has expired, warranty on these options is 90 day Return to Factory, providing that the customer furnishes
proof of purchase.

IMITATIONS
This limited warranty covers normal use. This warranty does not warrant or cover damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, abnormal conditions of
operation, acts of nature, unauthorized attempts to repair, unauthorized modification, or improper installation (by other than Intergraph personnel) of the product.
If a problem repaired by Intergraph is caused by an unauthorized attempt at self-installation or self-maintenance, then the customer will be charged for the
service call at the current per-call rates. Typically, this will not result in the total voiding of the remainder of the warranty, but Intergraph reserves the right to do so
in extreme cases.
Reseller demonstration equipment will be warranted to the end user under the same level of service as was in effect when equipment was originally purchased
from Intergraph, warranty period beginning on the original date of shipment from Intergraph.
On-site service is specific to Intergraph hardware products, and is only available within a 50 mile radius of an Intergraph Authorized Service City. On-site service
includes parts and labor, with second business day response. When a service request is made, an Intergraph analyst will attempt to resolve the problem over the
phone. If the Intergraph analyst feels an on-site visit is necessary to resolve the problem, an Intergraph Authorized field technician will be dispatched to
customer’s site. The field technician will make reasonable effort to be on your site by the end of the second business day, barring circumstances that are
beyond the control of Intergraph. Second business day is defined as being between 8:00am and 5:00pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding Intergraph
holidays, during the second working day after the day a call is received. Not all problems will require an on-site visit, and at Intergraph’s option, parts exchange
may be provided in lieu of on-site service.
For those geographic locations outside a 50 mile radius of an Intergraph Authorized Service City, Return to Factory service is provided in lieu of On-site service.
Return to Factory service includes return shipping, parts and labor. Shipping to Intergraph must be pre-paid. All shipments must include a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number obtained by calling 1-800-633-7248.
Complimentary Service is the software service provided during the first 30 or 90 days of product ownership, depending on the duration of the software warranty.
Intergraph provides a complimentary level of support with the following features: Help Desk technical support, Intergraph Bulletin Board Service (IBBS) access
with incident logging, Incident logging via electronic mail, Intergraph Online (World Wide Web, USENET access), and Software updates and fixes. The
Complimentary Service period begins at the time of shipment from Intergraph or an Intergraph-authorized reseller. Separately priced software upgrades are not
included.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, INTERGRAPH DISCLAIMS (TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW) ALL WARRANTIES ON INTERGRAPH PRODUCTS,
INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF PURPOSE. THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND REPRESENTS THE FULL AND TOTAL OBLIGATION AND/OR LIABILITY OF INTERGRAPH
CORPORATION. CERTAIN LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY IN SOME JURISDICTION.
