You can run diagnostics at any time on your gateway and
associated network connections using the Diagnostics
screen, accessible from the Status menu.

To run diagnostics:

Click the

Status

menu to expand its selections.

Click

Diagnostics

The following appears.

Run Diagnostics

your ISP.
