Multiple user profiles
Multiple user profiles let different people who use the same PC customize
their Windows settings. A user profile becomes active when the user logs
on to the network at a PC with multiple user profiles turned on, using his or
her unique user name and password.
To find out if your PC has multiple user profiles, click
Start > Settings >
Control Panel > Passwords > User Profiles
tab. If
All users of this
computer use the same preferences and desktop settings
is selected,
multiple user profiles are turned off.
Note: If a PC has multiple user profiles, each user must map the
network drives they want to access.
