Lay one parallel bar. Evenly slide them together.
In case of jamming, you can use a small amount
of grease.
Adjust the height / straighten the bars using the
rubber feet.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Lay the parallel bars on the ground.
Press the pins and slide out the bars evenly.
Always disconnect the bars evenly to avoid jamming.
LEVELING AND STABILITY
Use only on flat and even ground.
Little instability is common, the load stabilizes the parallel bars.
Each rubber foot has 8 height positions.
