3.2 Commissioning Process
Start
Check wiring.
Connect power.
End
Start jog running
to check the
operating
direction.
•
Check whether three-phase power cables of
the air end, variable frequency cooling
blower, and mains frequency cooling
blower are connected properly.
•
Check whether cables for communication,
emergency stop, pressure sensor,
temperature sensor, and solenoid valve are
connected properly.
•
Check whether the operating directions of
the air end and mains frequency cooling
blower are correct.
Set parameters.
•
Set parameters for the air end, motor, and
air compressor processes.
Conduct trial
running to check
related
parameters.
•
Check whether the output voltage, output
current, and bus voltage are normal.
•
Check whether pressure and temperature are
normal.
•
Connect the control circuit and main
circuit power supply.
Trial running is
complete.
