Assembly Instructions
Insert Total-Lock Caster Wheel P/N 440-010 into frame
support P/N 440-012. Install leg connector P/N 440-
013 onto caster wheel stem. Install 3/4" caster wheel
nut. Leave wheel nuts loose for now.
Install non-locking caster wheels onto cart legs.
Tighten 3/4" nut securely with leg in downward position.
Use Quick-Release Pin to secure Cart Legs in upright
position.
Note Total-Lock Caster Wheels P/N 440-010 and posi-
tion of Leg Connectors P/N 440-013.
Install Cart Legs onto Leg Connectors using 3/8" bolts. Do not
over-tighten. Note rubber pads are toward outside of cart.
Insert Support Posts P/N 440-016 into Frame Support.
