I am not receiving e-mails from the panel:
•
Verify that the
Send-E-mail
checkboxes are ticked for any alarm
conditions for which you wish to receive e-mail notifications.
•
Verify your e-mail settings by going to the
Maintenance
page on the
panel’s web utility and clicking on the
Send Test E-mail
button, to send
a test message to your designated recipient addresses. The
Send Test E-
page will show an error message if the panel is unable to send the
e-mail.
•
Check on the
E-mail Setup
page and ensure the
SMTP Server
field is the
correct address for your e-mail provider, and the
SMTP Port
is correct.
(Port should be 25 for most servers)

If your SMTP server requires SSL encryption, ensure the
SMTP Server
requires SSL
checkbox is ticked. Otherwise leave blank.
•
If your SMTP server requires authentication, ensure that the
SMTP User
Name
and
SMTP Password
fields are correctly entered.
