PREVIOUS VEHICLES
The INNOVA
®
Smart Diagnostic System permanently stores the results
of the most recent vehicle scans you have performed. The PREVIOUS
VEHICLES tab allows you to retrieve these historical scan records and view
them as needed. The page includes two options: Scan History and Live
Data.
SCAN HISTORY REPORTS
Entries on the Scan History tab are listed in reverse chronological order (most recent scan first). Each entry in the
list provides the following information:
n
Search Bar – Tap the search bar to enter a search criterion – Customer Name, Phone
Number, Email or Vehicle.
n
Report No. – The auto-generated reference report number for the scan.
n
Date – The date on which the scan was performed.
n
Time – The time at which the scan was performed.
n
Customer Name – The name of the customer, if provided [ See page 24 ].
n
Vehicle – The year, make, model, trim and engine size of the tested vehicle.
n
Scan Type – Identifies if the scan was an OBD Diagnostics scan [ See page 11 ] or an
OEM Diagnostics scan [ See page 26 ].
n
DTCs – The total number of Diagnostic Trouble Codes retrieved by the scan.
n
Email Icon – If present, allows you to email the corresponding report.
n
Icon – If present, expands to show customer’s contact information.
