Consult your doctor before starting bright light therapy if you suffer from
• eye illnesses (e.g. eye inflammation or hypersensitivity)
• mental disorders
• or if you use psychotropic drugs
When you start the bright light therapy, it is useful to take notes on the effects it has on you.
This helps you determine which way the therapy works best for you. The need for bright light
therapy as well as its duration and frequency vary individually. Use the therapy diary on the
back of this booklet.
1. Follow the device-specific instructions on page 3. The LED light sources are in place, and do not
need installation.
2. The bright light device is designed for dry premises and must not be placed e.g. in a bathroom,
sauna, or other wet or high-humidity area. Similarly, the device should never be used outdoors.
3. Plug the power cord into the socket. The voltage must be 200-240 V.
4. Turn the power on using the switch on the connecting wire.
5. Turn the device off after use.
GETTING STARTED
In addition to being energy-efficient, LED light sources have a long lifespan. Unlike traditional light
sources, LED light sources do not need replacing. LED light source panel is ready installed in the
light fixture. The diffuser must not be opened by the user. If the diffuser comes off for any reason,
take care not to touch the LED light sources, as this may damage them.
LED LIGHT SOURCES
1. If the light fails to work, ensure that the switch is turned on. If the light still won’t turn on, contact
the retailer or manufacturer for help.
2. LED light sources must be replaced by professional electricians only. If the light sources have
been damaged, contact a professional electrician, retailer, or manufacturer
TROUBLESHOOTING
Keep the device free of dust and dirt. Ensure that the device is not plugged in to the mains, and
that it has cooled down after use. When required, wipe all exterior surfaces with a lightly moistened
cloth. Do not use abrasive agents. The device must be kept away from water.
