fig. 03
Caution: make sure that all closing mechanisms
are properly attached on both sides before use.
ASSEMBLING/REMOVING THE REAR WHEELS
fig. 04
Insert the rear axle (
E
) in both of the rear tubes (
A2
)
of the chassis and push it into its housing.
fig. 05
Caution!
Ensure that the rear axle (
E
) is attached
correctly, making sure that both the pins (
E1
) are in their
housings.
fig. 06
Insert the rear wheel (
D
) on the rear axle (
E
) and
push it into its housing until it clicks correctly into place.
Proceed in the same way for the other wheel.
fig. 07
Caution: make sure that the wheels are properly
attached before use.
Should it be necessary, the rear wheels (
D
) and rear axle (
E
)
can easily be removed.
fig. 08
Operate the lever (
D1
) and detach the rear wheel
(
D
).
fig. 09
Holding down the pin (
E1
), remove the rear axle (
E
)
from the chassis tube.
ASSEMBLING/REMOVING THE FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY
fig. 10
The front wheel assemblies are distinguished as
RH
and
LH
and can easily be identified thanks to the reference
(
F1
) printed by the attachment pin. The same reference (
F2
)
is also printed on both front chassis supports.
fig. 11
Insert the front wheel assembly (
F
) in the
corresponding front chassis support (
F3
), until it clicks
correctly into place.
fig. 12
The hole (
F4
) on the wheel assembly and always
kept on the outside helps to identify correct
RH
and
LH
correspondence between wheels and chassis more easily.
fig. 13
Caution: make sure that the wheels are properly
attached before use.
Should it be necessary, both front wheel assemblies (
F
) can
easily be removed.
fig. 14
Pushing the small button (
F5
), pull the wheel
assembly out from its housing in the support.
STORAGE BASKET
The chassis features a spacious storage basket (
B
), already
partially fitted.
fig. 15
To fit it completely, wind the flap with Velcro
fastening (
B1
) around the rear spacer tube (
A3
), then attach
the two lower slotted bands (
B2
) to the corresponding pins
(
A4
).
fig. 16
Pass the two bands with button (
B4
) around the
side tubes (
A5
) and attach them to the basket.
fig. 17
The zipped pocked (
B5
) on the basket increases its
capacity and enhances its functionality.
To remove the basket (
B
) from the chassis, first carry out
the operations described above (
from fig. 15 to fig. 16
) in
reverse.
fig. 18
Then detach both side fixing hooks (
B6
) from the
corresponding front pins (
A6
) and remove all the Velcro
fastening bands (
B7
) fixed beneath the front footrest,
removing them from the dedicated housings.
fig. 19
In order to completely refit the storage basket
(
B
) on the chassis, before proceeding with the operations
described above (
fig. 15/16
), place the four Velcro fastening
bands (
B7
) in the dedicated housings (
A7
) beneath the front
footrest, paying particular attention to their correct layout,
and secure both side hooks (
B6
) to their respective front pins
(
A6
).
CLOSING THE CHASSIS
fig. 20
To close the chassis, press the button (
A8
) and
simultaneously rotate the rear handle (
A9
) until the chassis
closes completely.
fig. 21
The arrows (
A10
) on the handle and chassis help to
identify and reach the correct closing position.
fig. 22
To transport the closed chassis, use the rear handle
(
A9
).
Never lift the chassis by the handlebar.
REAR WHEELS BRAKE
fig. 23
To operate the brake, push the lever (
A11
) on the
right, on the rear axle.
Always engage the brake during stops.
BLOCKING/UNBLOCKING THE FRONT WHEELS
fig. 24
The chassis features swivel wheels that can be
blocked or unblocked by operating the lever (
F6
) on both
front wheel assemblies.
ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR
The chassis features a telescopic handlebar, which can be
adjusted to 4 different positions.
fig. 25
Operate both levers (
A12
) and simultaneously raise
or lower the handlebar to the desired position.
FEEDING BOTTLE HOLDER
fig. 26
The chassis is equipped with a standard feeding
bottle holder (
C
).
To fasten the feeding bottle holder, place the upper guide in
correspondence of the hook (
C1
) on the chassis and push it
in its housing until it is fully attached.
ADDITIONAL CARRYING UNITS FOR CHASSIS: CARRYCOT,
STROLLER SEAT AND CAR SEAT (if present)
fig. 27
The chassis can be used with the Aptica carrycot
(
G
), the stroller seat (
J
) and the car seat (
O
), if present.
APTICA CARRYCOT
ATTACHING THE CARRYCOT TO THE CHASSIS
fig. 28
Take the carrycot from the handle and attach it to
the chassis in correspondence of the housings on both sides
of the structure and place it solely in rear facing position.
fig. 29
Once the carrycot is installed, check that the
indicators (
G1
) on both the attachment devices are Green.
If they are Red, reposition the carrycot correctly until both
parts are clearly heard to click into place.
fig. 30
Caution: make sure that the carrycot is properly
attached on both sides before use.
DETACHING THE CARRYCOT FROM THE CHASSIS
fig. 31
Operate the lever (
G2
) located outside the carrycot
and simultaneously lift it, gripping it by the handle.
FITTING THE HOOD LINING
fig. 32
Wrap the hood lining (
H
) around the handle, fixing
it with the dedicated buttons (
H1
) and with the central Velcro
fastening strap (
H2
).
fig. 33
Complete the fitting by attaching the side and rear
Velcro fastenings (
H3
) to the carrycot.
HANDLE AND HOOD ADJUSTMENT
fig. 34
To adjust both the handle and the carrycot hood,
press the two internal buttons simultaneously (
H4
).
fig. 35
Caution: to transport the carrycot, always hold
it by the handle.
ATTACHING THE APRON
fig. 36
To fit the apron (
I
) on the carrycot, first fix the press
studs (
I1
) and then the two slot buttons (
I2
).
fig. 37
The front flap of the apron (
I3
) can be extended
and fixed in a position that protects your child from the cold.
fig. 38
QUICK ACCESS:
to facilitate access
to the child, the apron can be partially folded,
detaching only the two side press studs (
I1
).
The apron stays fixed to the carrycot through
the two slot buttons (
I2
).
