Maintenance Inspection Schedule
Inspection and Service intervals
Inspection and Service intervals are determined by the number
of unit operating hours and by the age of the unit. Examples are
shown in the table below. Your Dealer will prepare a schedule
to suit your specific needs.

Pretrip Inspect/Service These Items
•
Run Pretrip Test (See “Operating the TSR-3
Controller” on page 33)
•
Check fuel supply.
•
Check and adjust coolant/engine oil levels.
•
Listen for unusual noises, vibrations, etc.
•
Visually inspect unit for fluid leaks. (fuel,
coolant, oil and refrigerant).
•
Visually inspect unit for damaged, loose or
broken parts (includes air ducts and
bulkheads if so equipped).
