for playing, never leave child unattended.

Fall Hazard: To help prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:

begins to push up on hands and knees OR
•
can pull up on sides (approximately 5 months) OR
•
has reached 20 lbs
whichever comes first

Always place infant on back to sleep.
•
Always use on the floor. Never use on an elevated surface.

STRANGULATION HAZARD: Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string
around a child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Never suspend strings over
product or attach strings to toys. Never place product near a window or door where cords
from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.

NEVER lift product using the toy bar as a handle. Not intended for carrying baby.
•
NEVER attach any additional strings or straps to product or toy bar.
•
Only use this toy bar with this product.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:

Babies have suffocated:
•
on pillows, blankets, and extra padding. Only use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
Never place extra padding under or beside the infant.
•
when trapped between product and adjacent surface. Never use inside cribs, playards, or
other products.
•
when product was placed on a soft surface and tipped over. Never use on a soft surface
(e.g. bed, sofa, cushion).
•
Toy Bar and toys – Possible entanglement or strangulation injury. Remove toy when baby
begins to push up on hands and knees. Recommended use from birth to 5 months.
•
Do not modify product or add any attachments that are not listed in the instructions.
•
For indoor use only.
•
Do not use the product without the boards properly installed.
