2-3.1 Scale-out
Scale-out policy

All the drive slots of the new node have to be loaded with disks.

The max. number of nodes supported within a cluster is 144.

A CS cluster can be scale-out expanded by connecting onboard 10GbE (SFP+) or an installed 25GbE
or 40GbE host board internal channels to a network switch with another nodes. Please refer to the
combination table below.
