The drive tray is designed to accommodate separately purchased 3.5-inch SAS or
SATA interface hard disk drives. There is a rotary bezel lock

that secures the drive
tray in chassis, while a release button

can be used when retrieving disk drives
from the chassis. To the right of the bezel plate, there is a drive busy LED

prevents disconnection

FLASHING
BLUE
indicates data is being written to
or read from the drive. The drive is busy.
OFF
indicates that there is no activity on the disk
drive.

Power Status
LED
GREEN
indicates the drive bay is populated and
working normally.
Red
indicates the disk drive has failed, or a
connection problem has occurred.
