Adjusting, Activating and Deactivating Parameters
6.4.1
Overview of Parameters
Rotation speed (
RPM
)
During adjustment, the set rotation speed setpoint in min
-1
is dis-
played as a whole number. The adjustment range depends on the po-
sition of the device in the stack. The adjustment range for individual
units is between 20 and 400 min
-1
.
INFORMATION
The maximum permissible rotation speed depends on the throw,
the position of the device in a stack, and the load on the tray
(mass) (see chapter 11.4.1 “Maximum Permissible Rotation Speed
Setpoints”, page 107).
Temperature (
°C
)
During adjustment, the set temperature setpoint in degrees Celsius is
displayed to one decimal point. The adjustment range is between 0
and 65°C.
INFORMATION
The temperatures that can actually be achieved depend on a vari-
ety of factors, such as the ambient temperature in the vicinity of
the device, the ventilation and the temperature of the other de-
vices in the stack (see chapter 11.4.2 "Information on Tempera-
tures that can Actually be Achieved", page 108).
Timer
The timer function allows you to make timed changes to the
parameters. You can do this be defining two phases with different
setpoints. You can program the following modes:
One-time change from phase 1 to 2
(e.g. if you want to reduce the temperature after a certain
amount of time)
Cyclical changing between phases 1 and 2
(e.g. for simulating day and night)
For detailed information on how to use the timer, see chapter 6.5
"Timer Function", page 69.
