Transpector SPS Operating Manual

10.4 RGA Configuration—Transpector SPS Tab

The Transpector SPS system must be configured before use. This section explains
the

Transpector SPS

tab in detail, but not the additional tabs in the

RGA

Configuration

window. Additional information is located in the

FabGuard Explorer

Operating Manual

(PN 074-528-P1).

10.4.1 Valves and Orifices Pane

The orifice in the inlet system is replaceable. Transpector SPS is set up in the
factory with the correct orifice value. However, if an orifice is changed, the new
configuration must be entered in the RGA Configuration.

10.4.1.0.1 Inlet Calibration

Defines the V5 Calibration valve.



If a standard calibration gas is installed, select

Ar standard



If a high mass tuning reference gas is installed, select

FC5311 standard



If V5 is not installed, select

No Valve

10.4.2 Gauges Pane

10.4.2.1 Process Gauge

Transpector SPS includes an optional CDG (capacitance diaphragm gauge).



If the CDG is installed, enter its appropriate pressure range. Note that the scale
is in millitorr.



If the CDG is not installed, clear the check box.
