- Clean cooling lubricant outlet on clamping cylinder

Orientation

During machining, the cooling flow flushes small chips through the spindle in the

direction of the clamping cylinder. Therefore, the cooling lubricant outlet on the

clamping cylinder must be cleaned at regular intervals.

Procedure

1. Disassemble the machine enclosure in the area ofthe spindles.

2. If necessary, remove the acrylic glass cover on the cooling lubricant collection

bin.

Example: Cooling lubricant outlet B400

Clean cooling lubricant collection bin. Check that the cooling lubricant outlet X

is free of chips or other debris.

4. Reinstall the acrylic glass cover, if applicable.
