A.) Thread the Heavy Bag Hanging Bolt (#102) through Hang Frame (#100) from bottom and secure

with one Ø 1” Washer (#85) and M12 Aircraft Nut (#91).

B.) Hook four 7-link Chains (#111) to the Heavy Punch Bag (#105). Attach the four Chains to the

Hanging Bolt by using a Hook (#67).

C.) Use the Elastic Band (#110) to stabilize the Heavy Bag from bottom.
