Shutdown

Infinium LiHa and Infinium RoMa Operating Manua -l Document # 1000000110155 v00

If desired, unplug the interface cable from the USB port on the Te-CU board

behind the left access door.

Disconnect the RS-232 interface cable from the Te-CU board.

Clean and, if necessary, decontaminate the entire instrument.

9.1.2 Reporting

Fill out a copy of the decontamination form and place it with the instrument.

Record the shut down in the appropriate CRM.
