Press two 2 x 6 x 3 mm ballraces 67566 into each of the blade holders 67542
as far as they will go
. Slip an M2 x 12
socket-head cap screw through both bearings and into the rotor head. Ensure that the actuating pin of the blade
holder engages in the slot in the collective pitch bellcrank. Once again, don't use force when tightening these screws
(see above).
Caution: the M2 x 12 mm screws are
special high-strength items, and must
be replaced by screws of the same
specification if damaged.

Install the flybar 68208 in the rotor head and set it exactly central. Screw the control arms 68209 on the flybar on both sides
of the rotor head. As with the standard Piccolo, take care here that the flybar is symmetrical, and moves with complete
freedom; it must be exactly central. Position the flybar control arms with their top face (on both sides!) parallel to the top
edge of the rotor head, then tighten the retaining screws.
Screw the Hiller paddles 67371 to the flybar. Here again, ensure that the paddles are exactly plano-parallel, and exactly
level (horizontal) on both sides when the top edge of the control arms is parallel to the top face of the rotor head.
