is a very sensible subject for this high performance helicopter. Assembled and flown by skilled hands it offers fun
and satisfaction. Nevertheless, it is not a toy and should be operated with care and responsibility. We have to reject
any claims arising from inexperienced use or misuse.
Helicopters are subject to various physical laws which can result in a successful flight or a disappointing crash. Our
job has been to develop a safe flying model. The model has been professionally developed and tested substan-
tially. The assembly is now your part. Please carefully read, understand and follow the building steps. Indicated
angles and other measurements have to be followed precisely. Therefore:
Build and maintain your helicopter
very carefully. If you have any doubts, take a break, think carefully or ask an experienced model helicopter
pilot.
It’s worth the effort.
Most of the parts are packed in building steps. First read the entire instructions manual and familiarize yourself
with the system. Open only one bag at a time as needed for the building step and put the parts in a small bin or
bowl. Assemble the helicopter step by step, bag by bag. This way qou will not loose or misplace any parts.
We guarantee that this product is free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship according to the
current ”IKARUS Business Terms“. No claims will be accepted for failure due to a crash, incompetent handling, al-
terations, lack of maintenance, incorrect or commercial use or the use of other than original IKARUS replacement
or tuning parts. Direct or subsequent damage claims are not accepted.
The standard rotor head configuration as supplied in the kit should not exceed 1550 rpm. The model has been
designed for dynamic aerobatic maneuvers (loops, rolls, turns and combinations thereof). If you wish the fly 3D
aerobatics at higher rpms, the aluminum rotor head is required.
