PERSONAL OPTIONS MENU

Access this menu to view and edit your account details, see 

messages & alerts, and access FAQ content.

Account/app settings

Use this menu to view and edit your personal information, preferences, 

account options, app settings, privacy, and security.

Message center

Access alerts, eBike pairing/sharing logs, and communication/feedback from iGO 

and the support team. Use the NOTIFICATION SETTINGS menu to personalize 

how and when notifications from the app are scheduled and displayed.

FAQ

Information and how-to notes for common queries regarding the iGO Ride 

mobile app and all iGO eBikes paired to the account. Search the ever expanding 

knowledge base through subject specific segments or by entering keywords.

eBIKE OPTIONS MENU

Providing options for the currently selected eBike  

(see page 24 to learn how to select a different bike)

Share Device

Share bluetooth access to the selected eBike using one of the following methods :

Share with iGO ride account 

If you know the iGO Ride account name of the person you want to share with, enter it here.
Share with recent contacts 

Select from a list of people you have previously shared with.
Share with others 

Use other methods to invite people to share bluetooth access. Almost any of the 

communication channels on your mobile device can be used to send a message and link. 

The recipient must click the link and follow the instructions to accept the share invite.

FAQ

Quick access to FAQ content specific to only the selected eBike (to access the entire 

database of content use the FAQ link found in the PERSONAL OPTIONS MENU see page 26)

Add to home screen

Setup a shortcut on your mobile device home screen to open the 

iGO Ride mobile app with the currently selected eBike.

Device update

Check here for any update. Current bluetooth and display firmware version will be shown.

Remove device

Select this option if you want to remove the selected eBike from your iGO Ride account.  

Once removed from an account (by selecting one of the two following options) 

the eBike will be detectable to other iGO Ride mobile app users.

Disconnect : to remove the selected eBike from your iGO Ride app 

interface while retaining any personalization and bike data (data will be 

reloaded to the app if you reconnect to the bike at a later time).
Disconnect and wipe data : fully remove all details and personalization for the 

selected eBike from your iGO Ride account (this action cannot be reversed).

An iGO premium bike can also be disconnected from an iGO Ride account 

using the handlebar display unit. See page 9 for details.
