9.3  Error messages

9.3.1 

Error messages during firmware updates

The firmware update may fail and display one of the following error messages:

Error message

Solution

The device has a dynamic IP address or is set to DHCP .

Change network settings of the device to a static IP address .

 

> After saving the settings, the ifm Vision Assistant tries to 

establish the connection automatically .
