Prepare device update

NOTE

During the installation any other activity with the device is not allowed.

The update of the operating system for the PDM can be done in two different ways:
- via the Web browser and Ethernet connection from the PC
- via an USB stick in the PDM

NOTE

►

In both cases press the reset key within 180 seconds at the end of the update process (the key is in

a recess behind the lid on the back of the device).

> If, however, the time elapsed before the reset key was pressed, the device returns to the recovery

screen (



step 8).

> The device can no longer be started.

►

Repeat the update process.

►

Press the reset key quickly enough.
