3 OPERATION
3.1 PRELIMINARY CONTROL OPERATIONS
ATTENTION!
Start from ""0" ZERO ENERGY STATE"
to perform this precision adjustment
correctly: Master Switch (1) at “0” “OFF”
(FIG. 15) and all other switches at “0”
(OFF).
3.2 START-UP
Remove all protections (Fig. 16).
Assure that all Start Ups are clean and well sanitized
(see PART 4 “CLEANING”).
Check that there are no objects (knives, trays etc.),
which on falling can cause injury/damage to persons,
animal and objects.
Position the Master Switch at “I” “ON” (1) (Fig. 17).
The counter is switched on by positioning the display
unit switch (Fig.18, pos.2) at “I” “ON”.
On commissioning and, on the change of climatic
conditions, the thermostat temperature may have to
be adjusted.
Refer to the attached manual for all thermostat
functions.
NOTE!
Before introducing the product into the
compartment, you must wait about 45
minutes from the start of refrigeration
in order to allow the system to reach the
operating temperature.Turn on by simply
positioning the isolating switch (1) at “I”
“ON” (Fig. 17) and the ON/OFF key (2) at
ON (Fig. 18).
