Downloads page.

2. Click the

Download

button next to

Build tools for Visual Studio 2017

3. An executable file named

vs_buildtools.exe

, or similar, is saved in your

Downloads

folder.

4. Double-click the file to install

Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017

5. The installation opens to the

Workloads

tab. Select

Visual C++ build tools
