A Note About Encryption
When a key is not injected into the VP5300, it has limited functionality and will be in a state looking
for key injection. Without a key, all requests to start a transaction result in an error code that the
command is not allowed.
After a key is injected into the VP5300, there is no method to turn off encryption.
