This field’s value is independent of whether the Power PME
Enable field is set to 1.
0 = No PME# is being asserted by this PCI function.
1 = A PME# status is reported by this PCI function. If

PME_EN is also set to 1, this PCI function is also
asserting the PME# signal. Writing 1 to this field clears
the field.

Note: The Tsi384 does not support this feature; this bit
always returns a 0.
