Using the Press Bladder 

iDRY Turbo User Manual

The bladder is used to apply downward pressure to keep your lumber flat. Under vacuum the bladder 
will inflate much like a weather balloon in the super atmosphere.

Unroll the bladder on the top plate of your lumber pack with hose positioned at door end

After rolling your lumber pack into the kiln connect the bladder hose to the connector located 
top left side of the kiln chamber. The bladder will not inflate if not connected to this port.

When finished drying a load of lumber you can use the provided fittings to deflate your bladder 
for ease of rolling load out of the kiln.

WARNING - Only use press bladder with a full load. 

Bladder Hose connection

WARNING: ONLY USE BLADDER WITH A FULL LOAD. IF LOAD IS MORE THAN THREE INCHES FROM 

TOP DO NOT USE BLADDER. PRESS BLADDER WILL FAIL IF INFLATED TOO MUCH.
