Setting time for ignoring video output request signals: Hot Plug mask off setting

Parameter

time: If the request signals are repeated in a short cycle, video may not be output. This
problem can be solved by setting the ignoring time.

0 = OFF [Default]

2 to 15 = 2 to 15 seconds

Example
