You can set the horizontal/vertical starting position.

You can set the horizontal/vertical active area of input video.
The total number of active area from the set start position must be less than 100%. If either of those values
from start positions exceeds 100%, this exceeded area is not displayed.
Select “H&V” in the front panel to change the settings of both horizontal and vertical sizes from the current
setting values.
