8 Troubleshooting

In case the HDC-TH100-D / HDC-RH100-D does not work correctly, please check the following items first.

Also refer to manuals for connected devices as well, since they may possibly be the cause of the problem.

Are the HDC-TH100-D / HDC-RH100-D and all devices plugged in and powered on normally?

Are there no loose connections?
