Troubleshooting Diagram 2

SmartAXIS Lite - The Power/Run Status LED (PWR/RUN) is not On

The SmartAXIS Lite power/run status LED (PWR/RUN) is on while running and flashes while stopped.

Is stop or reset input

designated using Function Area

Settings?

The power/run

status LED is not on.

Click the Start button in WindLDR on a
computer connected to the SmartAXIS.

END

Call IDEC for assistance.

Is the error status LED on?

See Troubleshooting Diagram 3,
“SmartAXIS Lite - The Error Status LED (ERR) is On”

Is the power/

run status LED on?

Monitor M8000 (start control special
internal relay) using WindLDR.

Is M8000 on?

Turn on M8000 using WindLDR.

Is the power/

run status LED on?

Turn off the stop and reset inputs.

Is the power/

The Start button is found in the WindLDR menu bar.
