NOTE 

 

The aircraft is not watertight. Rain could enter from 

the roof or from the passages of the parachute straps. 

In case of rain cover the cabin.

 

 

 

 

8.3.  AIRCRAFT REFUELING 

 

Check Master switch OFF and brake the aircraft with parking brake or wheel chocks. 

Connect the grounding cable to the aircraft exhaust pipe. 

Close the doors; the fuel irreparably damages the plastic windows. 

Refuel; remember that the two wing tanks are interconnected, but the balance of the two levels 

requires many time, therefore refuel on both sides. 

Avoid to fill the tanks full to the cap’s edge; excess fuel could escape from the ventilation lines if the 

aircraft is not kept levelled. 

After refuelling, close the caps and check that the ventilation lines are free. 

 

 

NOTE 

 

Close  the  doors  during  refueling,  the  fuel  damages 

the windows irremediably. 

If the fuel is not controlled, use an impurity or water 

separator filter.

 

 

 

WARNING 

 

IF  THE  FUEL  IS  NOT  CONTROLLED,  USE  AN 

ADDITIONAL  FUEL  FILTER  TO  REMOVE  / 

SEPARATE IMPURITY OR WATER. 

BEFORE  FLIGHT,  DURING  PRE-FLIGHT  CHECK 

LIST,  DRAIN  THE  FUEL  SYSTEM  FROM  THE 

APPOSITE  COLLECTOR  TANK  SUMP,  TO 

REMOVE IMPURITY OR WATER.
