Description:
This function reads/sets the parity bit for COM 1/2/3.
Syntax:

Reads the parity bit for COM 1/2/3 stored in the Flash

the parity bit for the COM 1
1 = Reads/Sets the parity bit for the COM 2/3
0=NONE, 1=EVEN, 2=ODD, 3=MARK, 4=SPACE
