Object Description and Parameterization 

The CoE interface is used for parameter management of EtherCAT devices.  The display matches 
that of the CoE objects from the XML device  description 

(ESI file

).  Once the ECAT  connected to 

EtherCAT Master, you can configure the parameters via 

“CoE  –  Online”

  tab (double-click on the 

respective object). In general, the changes to the online CoE directory are immediately effective.
