HOW TO USE THE CONSOLE

CONSOLE DIAGRAM

FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE

The easy-to-use console enables you to change the 
resistance of the pedals with the touch of a button 
and provides instant exercise feedback during your 
workouts. 

Auto On/Off

—The console will wake up automatically 

if the exercise machine is in motion or if you press 
ENTER or、START/STOP. If you stop exercising for over 
256 seconds, console will turn off

KEY FUNCTIONS

There are 4 keys: ENTER, UP, DOWN, and START/
STOP

ENTER

—Chooses the functions from PROGRAMS, 

TIME, DISTANCE, TARGET HEART RATE, AGE, and 
10 columns. The chosen function will flash. Not all 
functions are available in every program.

UP

—Selects or increases the values of PROGRAMS, 

TIME, DISTANCE, TARGET HEART RATE, AGE, and 
10 columns.

DOWN

—Selects or decreases the values of 

PROGRAMS, TIME, DISTANCE, TARGET HEART 
RATE, AGE, and 10 columns.

START/STOP

— Starts or stops the program chosen.

ABOUT THE DISPLAY

START

—Indicates the program selected has started.

STOP

—Indicates the program selected has stopped.  

Users are free to change the programs and the value 
of functions.

PROGRAM

—Indicates the programs selected from 

PROGRAM 1 to PROGRAM 13.

LEVEL

—Indicates the level of loading selected from 

LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 16.

SPEED

—Indicates only one value of SPEED or RPM 

displayed depending on the programs.

DISTANCE/ODO Display

—Indicates only 1 value 

of DISTANCE or ODO displayed depending on the 
programs.

CAL/WATT Display

—I Indicates only one value of CAL 

or WATT displayed depending on the programs.

AGE Display

—Age displayed depending on the 

programs.

HEART RATE Display

—Heart rate displayed depend-

ing on the program.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE 
EXERCISING

The values calculated or measured by the computer 
are for exercise purposes only and not for medical 
purposes. 

Please note that only one value of TIME or DISTANCE 
can be adjusted at a time. Both adjustments cannot be 
made simultaneously.
