■ Troubleshooting
The following chart is designed to help you to correct problems that are not equipment malfunctions. If you are unable to locate
the cause of a problem, or solve it through the use of this chart, contact your dealer.

No power comes ON.
Loose connection of the battery pack.
Clean the battery pack terminals.

The battery is exhausted.
Charge the battery pack.

The battery pack’s over-discharge protec-
tion circuitry is activated.
Remove the battery pack from the
IP501H, then charge it for a while.
Attach the battery pack to the IP501H
again, then turn ON the power.

No sound comes from
the speaker nor
earphone.
Volume level is set too low.
Rotate [PWR/VOL] to increase the vol

ume level.

Calls cannot be made
The call-to party number or group number
is wrong.
Check the call-to party number or
group number.

Move your location, then try again.

Wait for a while, or change your location.
Check that the LTE line is established.

The Key Lock function is turned ON.
Turn OFF the Key Lock function.
