Within a given protocol, if you want to increase/decrease the preprogrammed 
time of a step when the step has already started, use the +/- icons on the left side 
of the screen to add/subtract 15 seconds with each push. 

•

 

At the end of the last 

Freeze

 step in automatic mode, the 

Extraction

 step will 

begin and the 

Extraction

 screen will be displayed. 

•

 

You can move from the automatic mode AT ANY TIME by pressing the Manual 
mode button on the screen, without interrupting the procedure. When in 

Manual, you can’t go back to Automatic mode

.

If you choose to do so, proceed as explained in section 

“
