Maintenance Instructions

PSI 8.8L Gasoline Engine (Right-Side View)

Air filter restriction gauge

Engine coolant level

Air-Operated Passenger Door Adjustments

The air operated door opening and closing speeds can be
adjusted by the air cylinder mounted flow control valves.located
behind the access panel above the entrance door. The closing
force of the entrance door is determined by the adjustment of
the pressure regulator. To perform these adjustments, open
access panel door and use the procedures below.

Pressure Regulator Adjustment

WARNING

To prevent personal injury and / or death, or
property damage, do not replace the air door
regulator with one that allows pressure settings
above 60 psi (414 kPa).

A properly adjusted entrance door should take approximately 4
- 5 seconds to open or close depending on the pressure and
speed settings.
