Changing ATM Adapter Characteristics
The TURBOWAYS 155 PCI UTP ATM Adapter characteristics are automatically set
during system boot, and these settings provide good performance. If you are an
experienced user and wish to change the adapter characteristics, follow these
instructions:
To change the default ATM adapter characteristics:
1. At the AIX command prompt, type:
smitty atm_adpt
and press Enter.
2. From the Adapter menu, select Change / Show Characteristics of an ATM
Adapter.
3. From the ATM Adapter list, select atm0.
4. Change any values in the Change / Show Characteristics of an ATM Adapter
screen and press Enter.
