Installing a power supply in a 3U chassis

To install a power supply in a 3U chassis, complete the following steps:

1. Touch the static-protective package that contains the power supply to any

unpainted

metal surface on the outside of the 3U chassis; then, remove the

power supply from the package.

2. Lower the power supply into the 3U chassis.
