Installing the 2U chassis in a Type 7825 iDataPlex rack
To install the 2U chassis in a Type 7825 iDataPlex rack, complete the following
steps.
1. If you are installing a new chassis, install the power supply and fan assembly
that were removed from the old chassis (see “Installing the 2U chassis power
supply” on page 95 and “Installing the 2U chassis fan assembly” on page 81).
2. Install the chassis on the rails; then, install the two screws to secure the chassis
to the rack.
3. Install any system-board trays that you removed when you removed the chassis
(see “Installing the system-board tray in a 2U chassis” on page 76).
