3. Turn off the system-board tray and
disconnect the chassis from power.
4. Reseat the DIMMs.
5. Reconnect the system to power and
turn on the system.
6. Run the test again.
7. Run the standard DSA memory
diagnostic to validate all memory.
8. If the problem remains, collect the data
from the DSA event log and send it to
IBM Service. For information about

Memory in the Resource Utilization
section of the DSA event log.

4. Run the test again.
5. Turn off and restart the system-board
tray if necessary to recover from a
hung state.
6. Run the standard DSA memory
