b) Pivot the hinge to lock it into place.
9. Run common system health checks by using the SSR utility, and use the following process to check for
PSU incompatibility.
The following command will check for PSU incompatibility in the system and, if it finds any, it will
submit an event to
mmhealth
.

Check main enclosure component presence : Failed
Check main enclosure cpus : Passed
Check local canister TPM : Passed
Check main enclosure DIMMS : Passed
Check PSU on all enclosures : Failed
Check device paths on all drives : Passed
Check SAS PHY counters on all encosures : Passed
Check IOM on all expansion enclosures : Passed
Check expander enclosures for correct cabling : Passed

If there is a mismatch, you should see in the eventlog after 5 to 10 minutes.
[root@ess3500rw6a ~]# date; mmhealth node eventlog --hour | grep power_supply_config_mismatch

Run the
system_check -l
list to check for a
PSU_MISMATCH
.
This will indicate if there are different PSUs in the same enclosure (i.e. one 1600W and one 2000W).
Check the timestamp to make sure it is seen around the time of your replacement procedure.

If you do see this condition, then you will need to replace the other PSU with a new one that has the
same specifications as the PSU that was just inserted (i.e. PSUs in a particular enclosure need to be
either both 1600W or both 2000W).
